The original and inventive cuisine from the Australian chef, Amanda
Gale takes center stage at the two restaurants in the Metropolitan
Bangkok. Cy’an serves up a Moorish theme in the pared down,
modern white place facing hotel’s pool. The Glow upstairs is
more like an open eatery and juice bar for the health conscious
person demanding a fresh and nutritious bite and appropriately
located adjacent to Shambhala retreat.
